Meat & fish

We offer a wide range of ingredients for both the meat and the fish (processing) industries. We serve these industries, among others, with hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, caseinates and colours and flavours or oleoresins.

We like to think, along with the ingredient choice that you need to make for your product. For example, with specific clean label ingredients or when you have to consider the influence of your product’s temperature during the production and/or consumption process. For example, we have coated food acids in our portfolio, which is a handy way to preserve and, in the meantime, prevent the souring of the sausage during production. For clean label preservatives, you can think of buffered vinegar or natural antioxidants.

For the plant-protein enrichment of your products, we have proteins from various sources, including a very high-quality potato protein from KMC. This protein contains an amino acid profile that is very similar to whey proteins.
