We have (vegetable) emulsifiers from KMC in our portfolio, for both your oil-in-water (o / w) and your water-in-oil (w / o) solution. These emulsifiers are easy to use and also commercially attractive for your products. We have hydrocolloids from various sources for stabilizing or thickening your sauce, soup or dressing.

Plant Ex Ingredients has various flavourings, colourants and extracts that can flavour your product or give it the correct colour. They also has a range of “Food Protection System” products with antioxidants that can prevent or delay your sauce or dressing’s rancidity.
