For more than 20 years, Will Ingredients BV has been known in confectionery. We source mainly from European certified companies that guarantee fast and reliable delivery. Our Italian partner Italgel produces beef (Halal, on a separate production line) and pork gelatin. From 0 to 310 bloom in all grain sizes.

Our partner KMC is the largest supplier of food-grade potato starch in the world. KMC has a special application lab for confectionery. Our supplier SMS delivers modified tapioca starch to confectionery producers. Tapioca gives different consistency to casting.

Tapioca gives different consistency to casting. Through UD-Chemie we offer coated food acids for coating, among other things, mug pullers, with or without palm fat. In addition, we offer a wide range of natural colorings and flavorings through Plant-Ex Ingredients.
